Make a still image move: breathing, head turns, nods, hand lifts and cloth.

Cuts the subject out, fills the background behind it, finds the face and adds subtle life: breathing, a head turn or nod, a hand lift, swaying cloth or flickering flames, plus a parallax camera push. Also makes the depth matte used to put words behind a person.
